By purchasing products and/or services from Coach Jenny C, you are agreeing to these terms which are binding as of the purchase or access date.

When you make a purchase and submit your payment, you will receive a receipt of purchase and an email with instructions to access your products or schedule your services. Please note that product/service delivery may differ based on when you make your purchase and if it is a service, or a digital or physical product. Coach Jenny C will make all reasonable efforts to meet any estimated delivery dates. If under any circumstances, Coach Jenny C is unable to meet estimated timelines for delivery of products/services, Coach Jenny C will have the sole discretion as to whether to issue a refund.

For services purchased (1:1 or group):
- Services must be consumed within 6 months unless otherwise specified
- Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours in advanced
- No-shows will not be rescheduled or credited
- All communication regarding billing and scheduling must be made via email (hello@coachjennyc.com)

You understand and agree that Coach Jenny C is not a licensed medical professional and does not give medical advice, and that no coach-client relationship is formed through the purchase or use of products alone. If you are in need of emergency medical attention, you agree to contact therapists or emergency personnel licensed in your state for services required. Coach Jenny C is not responsible for damages caused due to consumption of products and/or services purchased.

By providing your preferred payment method, you represent that you: (i) are authorized to use, and (ii) authorize Coach Jenny C to charge that payment method for any fees related to your purchase of services and/or products. If you are taking advantage of any limited time trial-period offer and you do not cancel the service on or before the last day of the trial period, you are authorizing Coach Jenny C to charge your payment method for the service. Unless otherwise indicated, all charges and fees are in United States Dollars (USD).

Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not allow for returns or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, no modifications to your purchase will be guaranteed once your purchase is made. Refunds of services, used or unused, are not guaranteed and will be up to the sole discretion of Coach Jenny C. Thank you for understanding.

With your purchase, you are agreeing to the Terms of Purchase and, in return, we are providing you with a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, personal-use license to use the services and products by yourself only. You are not permitted to reproduce, give away, publish, sell, or distribute any product or service purchased by Coach Jenny C in any way, whether publicly or privately.

By submitting reviews, images, comments, testimonials, or tags to Coach Jenny C on any platform including, but not limited to social media and online reviews, you are by default granting us a commercial license and voluntarily releasing us to use provided information, including but not limited to name and/or photo along with any other publicly acknowledged information that has been revealed by you for any reasonable future business use.

We reserve the right to update and revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of products and services after we have updated the Terms of Purchase indicates your acceptance and agreement to the changes.

In conclusion, you understand and acknowledge that these terms constitute the final agreement and supersede all others regarding the purchase, sale, and use of any products and/or services and the consumption of Coach Jenny C content on any platform. All Rights Reserved.
